From Our Kitchen to Your Table
Buen Provecho was created from a simple idea: bring fresh, authentic Mexican food to the local community and share the food, traditions and hospitality that have been part of our family's life for generations.
Established in 2019, Buen Provecho is a family-run restaurant built on more than 20 years of food-industry experience and a genuine passion for Mexican cooking. After moving to the Kalamazoo area, our family wanted to create a place where people could enjoy Mexican food made with care, quality ingredients and the kind of personal attention you would expect from a family kitchen.
Our commitment is simple: fresh food, authentic flavor and genuine hospitality. We source ingredients locally whenever possible and prepare our food in-house every day. From our corn tamales and handmade-style Mexican specialties to our tacos, fajitas, enchiladas and house-made salsas, we take pride in every dish that leaves our kitchen.
